Can I transfer money between accounts?

You cannot transfer money between personal accounts but you can transfer between the Casino, Sportsbook and Poker in your personal account.

What is an IBAN?

IBAN stands for International Bank Account Number. IBAN is used in international bank wire transactions and makes withdrawals of your winnings easier.

What is a CVC2 code?

CVC2 is an acronym for "Card Verification Code". This code is required as a security measure when making international telephone purchases and internet payments by credit card. This code consists of three digits and can be found on the back of your credit card.

Identity Check

In order to prevent money laundering activities, 90dakika must verify accurately the identity of individuals using the Website and betting service.

When registering on 90dakika Website, the Customer warrants that: • They are the rightful owner of any funds placed in their account • They are at least 18 years of age and are permitted by the laws of their own jurisdiction to gamble on the 90dakika website

Prior to making their first withdrawal request, Customers must provide the following;

a) Proof of identity. Acceptable forms of proof are copies of:

• A valid photographic identity document eg national identity document, passport, driver's licence, etc

b) Proof of registered address. Acceptable forms of proof are copies of:

• Bank/credit card statement, utility bill (not mobile phone) etc, no older than 90 days c) If the Customer has registered a credit or debit card, the following must also be provided;

This is at the 90dakika sole discretion. The Operator will retain the information provided, in order to facilitate further withdrawal requests. If the documents become invalid for any reason, it is the Customer’s responsibility to inform 90dakika immediately.

90dakika reserves the right to request proof of a Customer’s age, identity or address at any time. If the 90dakika is unable to verify the age, identity or address of the Customer, the Customer’s account will be suspended and payments may be held until the requested information is provided. If, in the reasonable opinion of the 90dakika , the Customer is believed not to be of legal gambling age or may not have been of legal age when bets were placed, their account will be closed, all bets will be declared void, all deposited funds will be returned to the Customer, and any winnings accrued whilst the Customer was underage will be forfeited. Should the Customer have withdrawn funds from their account, these must be returned to the 90dakika on demand.

The identity check documents stated above has to be provided within 30 days from opening the account, and no later that 48 hour from the email sent by 90dakika requesting the documents. If the documents are not provided as per curent terms, the account will be closes, bonuses canceled and all winning canceled.

Is it possible to change my username?

You cannot change your player name once you have submitted to your your 90dakika Account. This is for security purposes since changing the Player name can disrupt the system data and raises security alerts.

Who can I consult if I think I have a problem with my gambling?

Do you have a MAC version?

Why is my game so slow?

The communication between your machine and our servers has been optimized for the fastest response. If you notice that your game is moving slowly, there are two likely explanations: 1.
